This course examines current and developing trends in the field of conflict resolution and conflict management and how they can be applied in a practical mediation setting.  Available technology is also reviewed for practical application in developing effective marketing and practice growth strategies.  Methods are introduced for understanding and effectively responding to contemporary changes and challenges in the field.
