Intro
Welcome to Intro to Mediation. This course defines the process of mediation, its history and development and theories of conflict resolution and negotiation.

The goal of this course is to introduce students to the process of mediation and to introduce conflict management skills while earning a certificate that allows each student to mediate court appointed cases in Texas.
