Introduction to Mediation - CMDR 1318

Defines the process of mediation, its history and development and theories of conflict resolution and negotiation.  This course fulfills the requirements of Senate Bill 1436 for mediation training in the State of Texas.  Students also learn how to be successful third party neutrals.
